Birth Journey Facilitator Training™ empowers you to deepen your consciousness to recognize connections between a person’s past birth journey experiences and present reality. Then, learn skills to turn distorted messages into balanced messages that open the way for optimal health and bonding.
Rima is a pioneer in birth consciousness, health and creative living. Her work spans over thirty years, assisting thousands of parents, babies, and professionals to wake up to how we conduct the very formative time of life from preconception through infancy. Her own experience “waking up” to her birth story allowed her to shift and free stressful patterns that had significantly affected her life in many ways. The joy from these experiences releasing, helped lead her on a journey that incorporates water birth, massage therapy, aquatic healing and time with free dolphins.
Training Participants Will:
· Explore stages of birth from conception through bonding and common messages associated with natural or challenging experiences of birth
· Be able to examine your own birth journey to assist you in your life and work now
· Experience Ebb & Flow Integration Therapy™ through two EFI breath lesson meditations, two EFI full sessions for you and one demonstration with a guest client.

Birth Journey Facilitator Training
More on purpose:
- Educate and empower birth and health professionals, parents and interested non-professionals to recognize relationships between an individual’s past birth journey story and their present reality;
- Use skills from Ebb & Flow Integration Therapy to verbalize key distorted messages,
- Create empowering messages
- Suggest ways to implement those messages;
- Be able to use birth journey knowledge to better assist clients (friends/family) in creating the safe and joyful births they envision;
- Practice skills learned in this training with high standards of ethics, conduct and sensitivity to individual beliefs.
Participants will be able to:
1. Identify birth journey messages and results associated with a natural, normal birth process from conception through post-natal bonding.
2. Identify frequent distorted messages and results associated with some of the most common and often used birth practices in the United States
3. Be aware of ways a client’s own birth journey may indicate areas for special support during their current pregnancy and birth process (whether or not the client themselves chooses to look at their own birth journey process)
4. Become more aware of working appropriately with client’s preferences, including health, cultural, religious, and spiritual beliefs in regards to using Birth Journey Facilitation™
5. Identify ways cellular imprinting impacts birth
6. Learn about Ebb & Flow Integration Therapy™ and the educational tracks available through the whole program.
7. Make a decision if they wish to complete the internship process for this training and become a Certified Birth Journey Facilitator.(Additional reasonable fees apply for Certification process completion.)
With yourself and then with a partner:
8. Connect individual birth journey information with messages that are significant
9. Create a more desirable, balanced and acceptable birth message
10. Create strategies that are helpful to integrate the new message
Observe demonstrations and experience:
11. Two EFI Therapy™ breathing lessons, incorporating seven breathing rhythms
12. Two guided EFI Therapy™ group sessions centered around a birth journey message important to each person
13. Facilitation by trainer of a guest client and their birth journey concerns
